I know Netscape 7.2 is not the choice for everyone, but I'm still using it and hope someone has an answer to this issue.

Outside of one being a few years newer, I have 2 computers with the same programs and Windows XP installed.

In Messenger, I'm thinking that I probably created a folder under my username for Unsent messages. There was already one under Local Folders which I never use. Or so I thought.

On the PC I use everyday, the Unsent folder under my username is where my messages go when I choose "send later ".

On the newer one the messages go into the Unsent Folder under Local Folders. I can't seem to delete that folder and if I did I suspect that my Unsent messages would go into ?

What is the key of getting the messages to go into the Unsent folder on the newer machine just like this one?

    Is nothing ever easy? <G>

Technically, all the program from further back than Netscape7.2 do not have "Unsent" folders. "Drafts" is exactly the same thing, and that is what you will find in your Mail and News settins for Copies and Folders.
I suppose that you can decide to have an additional folder, although, if you get used to the idea, you will have no problem.
I remember that Ramona, at one time, had a fix, so that people who have not gotten used to the change of name, can make an Unsent Messages folder. I guess that you could make you selection by making changes in the copies and folders|drafts and templates|other. But, why?

I guess I really don't care, but it just seemed to me that if one system worked one way the other one should also.

I just thought there MIGHT be a simple explanation. I guess nothing is simple with these computers and their software.

    Thanks.

I don't have any explanation, good or bad, if WinXP is used in both cases.

    Ramona,

Creating a folder wasn't the problem. Getting unsent mail to go in the one that I want it to go into is the problem.

I had no problem on one system and the problem is one the newer one. I'll double check it out and see if I created it in wrong place. Perhaps I'm not understanding exactly what you mean.

    Thanks.
