packard bell diamond plus 1200 problems

Hi,

I have been given the pacard bell 1200 dp. It works a couple of times then siezes up and gives the not responding message in task manager but then wont even be exited through task manager, I cant unlock it without a reboot.

Ive had a read around and think it might be an sp2 problem ? But I really dont know that for sure. Can anyone help me please ?

 

Can only suggest to upgrade the drivers from the Packard Bell website. Start with any chipset driver upgrades, then video/graphics, then others.

Phew! Glad to hear that. It sounded like a tough problem otherwise.

If I hear "SP2" I usually think of drivers.
