My Music has suddenly been renamed Chris's Music

    Which has caused my itunes to through an error as it expects to find it's playlists in My Music and i cannot get it to start up so I can change the path.

    Anyone know why this may of happened?

    Right click on the folder and select Sharing. See if the "make private" box is checked..

    Nope, it's not, but it was marked as 'read only'.

    if it makes a difference, my 'My Documents' folder was moved to another hdd when windows was installed, but it's fine up until recently.

    my music, pictures and videos have changed from 'My' to 'Chris's' in the last 2 weeks.
