outside disk

    I have an exterior disk (to so use for storage). But my computer does not recognize it. Any suggestions ?

    model of the drive would help... as well as how it connects.. also what OS you're running.. if its USB try another port.

    Do you have the drivers for it? check the manufactures webpage for updated drivers.
