need admin rights to install

am getting some clients that when they install applications like zipforms the install says they need administrator rights to install these programs. only thing when i get these machine and research error there is no information on my searches so i basically have to rebuild the machine and then all is well.

any idea why when these accounts do have administrator rights these install errors are happening ???

Two possibilties that come to mind:

Corrrupted user profiles: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=811151

Not having the latest Windows installer version: KB893803 v3.1

yep, thats pretty much what i thought also. tried new user creation still same results even tried downloading the installer from microsoft but this system is current with everything. oh, well system needs a good cleanup anyway.
