WSUS Install problems

Iam having trouble installing WSUS on my windows 2003 server. It was instaled and working fine until my workmate had the brilliant idea of changing the drive letter that it was installed on and since then its all gone to hell. I managed to uninstall it ok, but iam getting the following error log when i try to reinstall:

so it looks like its having trouble installing the SQL Desktop engine. I have done many searches for possible fixes including using the MSIZap utilitty but still with no luck, anyone got any suggestions?

Try uninstalling the SQL desktop app then do a reinstall of WSUS.
Oh and give your workmate a slap to the back of the head.
