Help & Support [not working]

    Hi, following a recent re-install of XP Pro, everything is fine, apart from the "Help & Support" button not working. It times out after 2-3 seconds without activating the Help & Support page.
    Any Idea's????

    i'ts inet based. do u have an inet connection active and does the firewall - if u've got one - allow it?

    Hello tallchap,

    Help&Support should work off line - if a web connection established, it'll try to connect, but finding none it should come up with what's on your system.

    Go to Kelly's Korner > H > scroll down to Help & Support > Start Menu/Help and Support doesn't work:
