How change file association with .csl to use WordPad vs NotePad?

    How do you change what program is used when you click on a file with an extension of for example .csl to use WordPad instead of NotePad.

    I know there is an association list somewhere of all the extensions vs programs to use but forgot how to get to it.

    right click a file of that type and choose 'open with', then 'choose program' and check the 'always use this program' box. the select/browse to u'r choice
