Ok, I thought I totally removed a program a while ago, using add/remove programs. However, right after I started getting a blue screen error on startup (something about a page in a nonpaged area), and then procceded to fix it with the win2k cd, i started getting asked to finish an install on this prog everytime I try to open internet explorer and a few other programs. I got a copy of the file it is asking for, but it is a newer version. Is there anyway I can stop it through windows?

    Hi chrisdeaner
    Welcome to the boards.
Have you tried to re-install the program and once again, try to remove through add/remove?
