Problems With Outlook Express [Outlook Express could not open this folder]

Some times when I open outlook I get this message:

Folder could not be displayed

Outlook Express could not open this folder

URLMON.DLL


And I can't view any folder until I restart the computer.

Try to uninstall/reinstall OUTLOOK EXPRESS, that may resolve the issue

 

Oh, another problem I forgot to mention is that sometimes when I try to save a email in drafts, it won't save it unless I either close out every other broser/window or I close Outlook.
