internet explorer loss

my mother in law is running windows 98se annd using AOL as her internet provider, but she seems to have deleted the windows internet explorer browser. What is the best way to restore it?

 

Are you sure she deleted the program and not the short-cut?
Try going to control panel/add remove/microsoft internet explorer
this should give you a repair option, try it.

or

go to start/programs/accessories/systemTools/systemInfo
under the tools tab your first option should be repair Internet explorer

I doubt she deleted the program as it is integrated so tightly with
windows it is a very difficult procedure to do with some extra software.
