Virus and other nasty going-ons [HijackThis Log]

My problems are as follows:

(1) AOL - the main.idx file is damaged. After speaking with AOL they told me to contact my computer vendor (DELL)
(2) Adobe - whenever I try to open a pdf "internal error" is the result.
(3) Ad-aware - generates an error each time I try to use it

I ran hijackthis and have posted my logfile below. I have run Spybot (deleted the Ferret virus) and Trend micro's Housecall. I am running XP. I Need help - please somebody.

go to c:/program files/america online/backup and the copy the Main.idx file and paste it in c:/program files/america online/idb folder to overwrite the previous one.

About Adobe, have you installed the later version for XP SP2? There were some issues, although I have 5.0.5 with no problems. Don't think I will be getting a newer version.

About the HJT log;
The following advice may only get Ad-Aware running, as you do have more issues than is apparent in the log.
Go to this page and get the Killbox.Zip and Pv.Zip files.

Unzip Killbox to a folder, then open and double-click on Killbox.exe to run it. In the "Paste Full Path of File to Delete" box, copy and paste the following:

C:\Documents and Settings\Antnee\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\6GHIS2ZD\sdsetup[1].exe

Then check the option to delete the file reboot, and click on the red circle with the white X on it. When done correctly you will be prompted to reboot. Select No and do the same for the following.

C:\DOCUME~1\Antnee\LOCALS~1\Temp\is-82LO0.tmp\is-BN9DC.tmp

Reboot into Safe Mode and set Windows Explorer's Folder Options to Show All Files.
Delete all files in the folders C:\Windows\Prefetch and C:\Windows\Temp. Then delete all files and folders located in the Temp folders for all users. Look under C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp to find them.
Go into Internet Options, and delete all Temporary Internet Files, be sure to check the box for 'Delete Offline Content' when you do so.

Just set aside Pv.Zip for now, not sure if you'll need it.
