    Try this:
    1. Get on a working, internet-capable PC with a floppy diskette drive.

    2. Insert a formated floppy diskette in drive A:.

    3. Click this download link:
    4. When your PC prompts you if you want to Run or Save the this file, select Save.

    5. In the Save As window, the filename
      mspwlupd.exe
that you are preparing to download will be in the "File name:" box. Change that name to
      a:\mspwlupd.exe
and then click Save. The file should now be downloading directly to the floppy diskette in drive A:

    6. When it's done, remove the diskette and insert it into your laptop's A: drive.

    7. On the laptop, click Start | Run, type in
      a:\mspwlupd.exe
      and press [Enter].

The mspwlupd.exe file should now be running (doing whatever it's supposed to be doing) on your laptop.
