Registry Mechanic 5.1

    I have received Registry Mechanic 5.1 by PcTools as a gift for my birthday. I am familiar with PcTools Spyware Doctor, however I'm not with this Registry Mechanic and am somewhat hesitant to install it. It says it really speeds up my computer, and fixes registry problems automatically?:confused: Does it in fact do that, or will it just make my computer worse? Is anyone familiar with this program?

    jordoe28: I've used reg mechanic. First time I ran it it found over 100 entries that it deemed to be unncessary. I used it monthly & found it to do a good job. I used it till my license ran out. Be careful what you delete.
