I keep having pop ups come up on my desktop saying i have the blackworm virus. And I also, have other pages open when i'm using internet explorer as my browser. Plus my anti virus software doesn't seem to be working. I also will click on yahoo msgr and it won't open. Those might be separate problems, but I have my pop blocker on, and i'm still getting them..
    I'm baffled...

The symptoms you describe are compatible with the effect of the Blackworm virus - seems to be a nasty piece of work which masquerades under a variety of names as described here ....

    http://isc.sans.org/blackworm

It does not make for pleasant reading :( I suggest you folllow the suggestions made in that article.

Your log also shows Anti-Virus&Spyware.exe - details of removal are given here ....

    http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/analyses/trojkillavv.html

I would suggest you run an online virus scan - see Quicklinks in my signature, but you may be better off starting over from scratch.
