    I do not believe Flash will run if your IE Tools|Internet Options|Security tab|Internet Sites|Custom Level setting for "Run ActiveX controls and plugins" is set at Disable.
    That is the way mine is set. For sites that I trust and want to allow to run Flash, I put the site into Trusted Sites.

    I use it and have it checked. That is one program that I always install. I am still new to Opera and need to explore their forums. I believe there is a way to create a button using CSS for the toolbar to toggle Flash on and off. Seeing as I have no knowledge of this CSS stuff it will take awhile for it to sink in. It's a shame Spyware Blaster doesn't support Opera.
