    .

The above is the filename for 384 files in 5 Folders associated with a video program.

I have tried "Unlocker" "Move on Boot" "Delete" "Erase" etc. to wipe these files from my PC nothing works.

Syntax is incorrect is what I get.
No program I have is able to delete these files.

Are you logged on with Admin rights when you try to delete?

Have you tried deleting in Safe Mode?

Have you tried uninstalling the program?

roy66--Following up on what PeteC has said, what is the video program?
Can you learn anything about these files if you right click|Properties?

    Properties:LLL file..no atributes, 0bytes

Have attempted to delete in SAFE mode, syntax error is what I get.

The files are on a USB flash disk

These files are related to interVideo home theater.

I think the above answers all questions so far

I loaded these files from my laptop onto the flashdisk to load on my desktop PC.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------
I Did a check disk option of automatically fix file system errors and then was able to delete the folder.

My guess is the syntax error has to do with the wierd symbols in the name. Are there other files on the flash drive you want to keep? How about just formatting the drive? Copy the files you want to keep if there are any and then format it. I don't know if I'd be want to copy the files with the odd names to my hard drive though. You might end up with the same problem on your hard drive.
