Keyboard Not Responding All the Time.

I just bought a new alienware laptop. And about every 24 letters it is as if I didnt type a letter at all. The computer doesnt recognize that I typed that letter. It is always a different letter too. Not just s everytime. I read a post on here from back in 2002 that said to start up in safe mode and get rid of the keyboard in device manager and then re-boot and let windows install it for me. But I still have the same problem . Any ideas? Thanks

 

Check for virus/spyware. If you don't find anything, call up the company & let them scratch their heads over this.
