    Hi -Z--K-
Should it not be in your control panel...under add/remove programs...then under the windows setup tab...just a matter of unchecking those?

Do a search for a file called sysoc.inf. Open it up and replace "hide" with nothing. Save then open Add/Remove Programs and you'll see a few more options.

    - Accessibility: The only piece of this I am aware of that you can remove is the wizard which you can find under the windows section of add/remove. About 700Kb or so.

    - Tour Windows XP: Getting rid of the windows\help\tours folder should take care of this one. Not positive it is safe to do but it probably is. It is just a file that is run from "help" and not an installed thing AFAIK.

Are you just trying to free up some space by getting rid of stuff you don't want/need? If so, the hibernation thing should be good for a couple hundred Mb if you never let your PC hibernate. And there are a couple other safe tweaks that will free some room. 400Mb will easily go away with features most folks don't use.

And cdrider - thanks for the sysoc.inf tip. Never knew about that one.

When I uninstall Accessibility Wizard, I still have Accessibility folder with all his components in Start > All Programs > Accessories > Accessibility

    So...

As for Tour Windows XP, can You be more specific please.

    Thank You

So far, I haven't been able to find any way to uninstall either Accessibility or Tour XP completely. However, if having them on the start menu bothers you, just right click on the entries in the start menu and choose "delete." At least you won't have the start menu reminding you they're still there. ;)
