cant print logo received in e-mails

    Hey everyone,

    I have a user that receives e-mails from many different people with the co logo. When he to prints the logo doesn't appear.

    Microsoft site says to make sure IE is updated it is and still doesnt print logo
    Outlook 2000 IE6
    XP
    he fowards the emails and others can print without a problem.
    Any thoughts.

    What is the connection, e.g. dial-up or always on? The logo may be online and not on the computer in question and so will not print off-line. One solution is to save the email to a file, including the graphic, on the HDD and print it from there. Another is to paste the email into a word precessor like wordpad and then print it if the graphic is visible in that editor.

    always on Network the e-mails come from different users.
    He a VIP not gonna take the paste and print
