Looking at the recent posts about NS7 preview makes me wonder if I'm demented or just "different "?

Except for one problem, I generally like it - while the download time is long, I find it very customizable and much more responsive then 6.x is.

My problem, I can't seem to import my 4.7 address book. Some if it comes in, but a number of entries don't make it as well as some lists.

Thinking that maybe my list was too long I even tried exporting smaller segments of it and then importing them one at a time figuring I could merge them in 7.0. However, some entries still get lost along the way. Any hints?

    Hi Cal E,

In Netscape 4.xx, export the address book into an ldif file, then import the ldif file into Netscape 7.

You're definitely not demented or different! This is not unusual, as there are still bugs in Netscape 7 PR1. Some users have the same problem you experienced, and others have no problems at all.

    Ramona :D

Thanks Ramona. Tried it here at work today and it worked flawlessly.

Tonight I'll give it a try at home.
