outlook express receiving mail

    some messages go to delete box when address is in book. they are not in the block senders box

    Could be a message rule doing this. Tools/Message Rules/Mail and see if there are any rules doing this.

    I remember having this problem with Win98. I ended up discovering that there were too many rules set and and blocked addresses and it was protesting by dumping mail into the deleted box. Once I went through all the rules and unchecked them, it solved my prolbem. Could this be your problem? Let us know.
