Help with diagnosis and fix

Hi all,
I am new to this but have run across a problem. My computer uses XP. For some reason my computer keeps trying to connect to the internet by dialing a connection. I keep changing the prompt to never dial a connection but it always reverts back. I use a wireless DSL connection so their is no need to dial up and when it tries I am already connected online. Any help would be appreciated. I have also noticed that their are two new files on my computer ncj.exe and wininstall.exe I do not know if they have anything to do with it. Thanks for any help.

I forgot to mention I have run AVG, Spybot, and AdAware and they find things everytime but the problem continues.
