Convert MPEG-1 and 2 to MPEG-4?

    Is it possible to convert MPEG-1 and 2 to MPEG-4?
    My software is Adobe Premiere LE, TPMG-DVD Author, and my OS is Windows XP with most of the bells and whistles.

    Yeah. But the quality of the video doesn't necessarily improve. Just download the DivX codec. You can convert through the DivX program or use something else that will use the codec for an engine.
