bfan--Creating another account is the same procedure you used when you set up the first account. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/using/howto/oe/setup.mspx
    http://www.webzervice.com/manual/Tutorials/outlook.htm
However, I assume you want the two accounts to be separate so the messages for/from one do not show when you open the other.
To do that you click OE File|Identities and follow the instructions. http://www.bodrag.com/oebackup/info/identities.html
When set up, a user may have to click OE File|Switch Identities to access their personal email if the other person was using OE on shutdown.

No, you can have only one Inbox per identity, but an unlimited number of accounts per identity.

If all you are concerned about is separating out the emails received by various accounts then right click on one of the header bars in the right hand pane, say From, select Columns and check Account > OK The Account which received the email will then be shown. Click on the Account header to sort by account.
