We have users with two available connections to the same network, one wireless connection and another with cable at 100mbits full duplex.
Some times the users complain about connection lost or slow connection in mailbox sync or shares access.
The network works fine for the rest equipments. I am talking about cisco aironet NIC and IBM notebooks.
The mail server is exchange 2003 and the client is outlook xp. The access point is cisco aironet 1000 and the network core is switch/router 4500 with fiber connection.
The lan is complex to explain in this post, but i want to know if the problems about dropped connections and slow connections with services are related because of two connections available.
Maybe the user should disable always the wireless connection when he/she have wired connection available?

    Thanks

Check your binding order. I expect the problem is that the wireless network card is bound above the cable network card.
