Cant get rid of A Trojan.Slanret

I'am using Norton 2006 And I do a Scan an brings up Trojan.Slanret and says its been deleted.. then do anther scan brings it backup? any idea how to remove this Trojan...? thanks for any help

Symantec security response site - there is a manual removal procedure:

http://www.windowsbbs.com/links.php link to other virus on-line checkers.

When running the scan, do in safe mode: during bootup, tap the F8 key.
