Software for taking registry snapshots?

Is there a software available which takes snapshots of your registry and Windows System Folder before and after installing a program so you can see what entries they have added?

http://www.epsilonsquared.com/ InstallWatch which is a before/after app. I've used it a few times, one annoyance, it inserts itself into the startups on boot, so be prepared to disable that; I don't use it anymore.

http://freeware4u.com/modules/mydownloads/singlefile.php?lid=234 TotalUninstall I use for all my installs, you install thru it, and uninstall thru it (after using the Add/Remove). It does a good job.
