Missing Icons in File Save

    There is no way that I can explain what is wrong so here are some pictures to aid in my question.

    The below link is the way that it looks right now.

    I am so lost as to why this has happened! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

    what reg mods did u do and why? system restore can help ya back out of them maybe

    from explorer, tools/folder options and what is selected at the top of the 'general' tab for 'tasks' options?

    TweakUI has an option to Hide places bar or to customize it.

    I feel very stupid now! I had used TweakUI and I did not realize that is what is was but I had checked the custom places bar and had not set any of the custom places so natually it was empty! Thank you so much for the information!!!
