problem: spyware and desktop

hi,
I need a help. I have this problem. My computer was infected by spyware. I have the newest versions of service pack, antispaware and anti-virus. So i solved this problem. I cleaned my computer from spyware.

But on the background desktop is still displayed information "SPYWARE INFECTION ".



I would I like put into background some my picture, but it is not possible, because setting cannot change and the background is still same. could anybody give me advice to how could I solve it?
