    hi zoe

i reckon that you mite need to get a better quality web cam if it was quite cheap?

zoeee, First off Welcome to the Forum.:)

Here's how I'm currently set up to run Web Cam:
    1) I have DSL
    2) I have a (8X AGP) 64MB Memory, Video card
    3) I currently use MSN Messenger v7.5
A.) Click Tools/ Audio Video Setup.....
    Follow setup directions
    B.) Click Web Cam Settings
Now Set your Camera for best viewing.

    Hope this Helps.
