Is there a way to print out the file names in a folder on my printer? I can copy and paste the names in a text file but this takes forever because I have to do one name at a time.

Dreadknight--In WIN98 the following works--Don't know about XP.
Write the following in a Notepad window:

    dir %1>C:\windows\desktop\dreadknight.txt

    cls

Now save that as a .bat file (perhaps as dreadknight.bat) and put the .bat file in your Send To folder.
When you right click on a folder, open up Send To and click on dreadknight.bat. That will put a .txt file (dreadknight.txt) on your desktop with the contents of the folder.
Delete the .txt file when you have finished copying/using it so you will be ready for the next use.

    Get PathC400.

It can do what you want and more. With it installed, to copy the contents of a directory (as a text file) just open the Directory, select EDIT > SELECT ALL and then right click and select copy PATH. You can then paste the path/paths of all the file paths into Notepad or whatever and edit/print it out if you like. It has some other handy uses as well and since it's free, you have nothing to lose.

I find it very useful for copy/paste of a path into a batch file without doing any typing.
