I have my 2 HDs in a RAID 1 (mirroring) setup, and I would like system recovery capability.

I have WinXP home version, so I was able to get the backup off of the CD, but apparently the System Recovery function doesn't work (it refuses to create the diskette) -- so I am able to back up my files, but if I have a crash I'll have to reinstall the OS and everything else.

Neither Norton Ghost nor Novastar Instant Recovery works with RAID -- does anyone know of system recovery software that does?

Haven't personally used any of these but

R-Studio has a version that will operate locally for around $80. Network version is higher.

ERD from Wininternals is another possibility. I have used other of their utilities and found them excellent.

Lots more out there for Raid0 or Raid5 that may work for you. This one is only around $40 for a single-user version.

Sorry, I was unclear -- I want SYSTEM recovery, to work like the one that comes with WinXP Pro, or Norton Ghost -- I don't need to recover individual FILEs....
