Program installation problem

Actually it was enabled so i disabled it. Does that mean I have to enable it when I use it? I'd still like to see if we can't resolve this problem. Do yo want a a picture of the folder contents?

 

The problem is finally fixed. Eveidently InstallShield could not get the order of installation correct even though I had downloaded the correct "fixes ". I had a friend actually work on the problem on this computer and he figured it out. As I understand it the disk drive has to be installed first in order for Windows to recognize the USB driver. I thought I had done it correctly by unplugging the USB cable then going through the Install program, then connecting the drive via the USB port. He did it manually. Thanks for all of your help.
