    Hi Arie

It was your excellent article that put this question in my head.
To put it more clearly can the XP updates AFTER SP2 be slipstreamed into onto a XP cd as well??

    George.

I followed the instructions in the article but when the CD tries to boot I get Error code 5. Not sure what that means or how to fix that.

I wouldn't bother with it... as I said: too complicated.

The syntax for most of the patches is:

    patch_name /integrate:path_name_where_your_xp_is_stored

But remember, that not all patches can be slipstreamed. You can try - there is no harm. I have been doing this for the last one year and only 3 patches could not be slipstreamed.
