bookmarks/favorites "managers"

since i have used several browsers over the years and consequently have collected a massive array of assorted "favorites" and "bookmarks ", i now have a sincere and monumental mess of said items that i would like to merge and refine to produce a clean version that i can export/import back to the various browsers resulting in a uniform set for all browsers....

now, before you think me lazy and even derelict, i have spent HOURS, MANY hours, experimenting with various apps that are supposed to do this, to no avail, as they all seem to have serious shortcomings, and never allow me to accomplish said objective...

so, can anyone point out a "manager" that will simply do the job??????????

Thanks Mr. B, looks pretty good, and altho i was lookin for freeware, might well be worth the $20 just get something that actually works...
