In Outlook Express you can add people as "Contacts. "

    Joe
    Bob
    Sally
    Nancy

You can also create "Groups" and place these people in that group.

Open your address book and click the "new" menu and select group. Name it friends or whatever and then add the contacts to it that you want in that group. Then, when you address an email, the friends group will be available. Select it and the email should be sent to everybody in that group.
