    http://www.trendmicro.com/en/home/us/enterprise.htm

to work on my Desktop Computer. I have no problems using it on my laptop. The security settings for the Internet are the same on both computers. Any ideas to correct the problem?

    balo,

Try this link for the online scan. Also, you will have to run this in Internet Explorer.

After selecting to start a scan, what happens? Any error messages?

You may need to place the URL in the Trusted zone.

There have been no error messages and all of the above suggestions have been previously done.

I was at a computer club meeting last night and it seems many are having the same problem. I have not used Trend Micro's online scan in a while but have come to the conclusion that it has changed and is not working for all. C'est la vie. There are other online virus scans that can double check to make certain my AV has not been compromised.

    Thanks for the suggestions.
