Interactual Player and Windows XP

I can't seem to play any DVDs with Interactual Player on Windows XP. It always give me an error telling me to lower the resolution or color depth. I lower these as low as they can go, and it still gives me the error. When I try to just play the DVD in Media Player, it tells me I don't have the right Codec. Any suggestions about Interactual Player, or anyone know where I can get the codec for media player?
