"remember me" function

    In the previous board, I believe the "remember me" function at the login form was checked by default. As I recall, I never had to check the "remember me" checkbox. The new version has that checkbox unchecked by default and I keep forgetting to check "remember me ". Anyone else notice this?

    Hi,
    thats true now its unchecked by default and thats very good , as if you are surfing from public pc or from office it will be worth , where as in previous version if you forgot to uncheck it before login it cause us :rolleyes:

    yes, but I prefer if "checked" by default. I believe most members here are not browsing this site instead of doing their jobs at work and hiding their www tracks.

    Well, you could just not use the "Log Out" function. Then you just have to remember 1 time to check "Remember me "...

    Oh, I never use "logout ". I run a cmd file every so often that deletes all temp dirs and internet dirs. During the course of developing web applications and pages I need to dump everything when debugging code, e.g. to be certain cached content is not being used. No big deal, I will eventually "remember to be remembered "!
