Is there a way that I can have deleted web pages saved to a private folder?(or even all web pages) I found a teak that removes delete as an option in history, but I'd rather have them saved somewhere other than recycle bin. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

In Win2k and Win XP, history files are stored here:
    C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\Local Settings\History

You can cut and paste them to another folder.

myhdsport--Not sure I understand your question, especially "deleted web pages ".
Do you mean you want to save the URL's for certain webpages before exiting the page? If so create a Favorite. (If you do not know how to do that, please post back.)
Or you can File|Save As when you are at the webpage. In the "Save as type" line I would suggest Web Archive (.mht). The .mht file actually saves the webpage, itself, on your hard drive with all the links active. And you can view offline. But it does take space. (.mht saves as one file. If you save as .htm you will wind up with two files for each webpage. A little difficult to move around.)

    clarify-

Sorry, I suppose I should elaborate: When someone other than myself deletes items they viewed while browsing, I would like the page(s) to go to a "hidden" file or anywhere I can specify and locate(without purchasing a "babysitter" program) Thank you for your input thus far. I'll check back.

Sounds like you want to be able to monitor what another users has viewed on the www or to prevent someone from "covering their tracks'. If so, you can disable the "delete history" button in IE or set permissions for the users so they cannot delete the history files.

    disable delete history:

    1. Open Registry Editor: Click Start | Click Run | Type regedit | Press Enter

    2. Navigate to the following key (if it doesn’t exist, create it): HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel

    3. To lock the "Clear History" button, you’ll have to modify the DWORD value called "History" (without quotes). If the value "History" does not already exist, right click in the right section of the window and select New, DWORD Value. Name it "Historyâ€.

    4. Now that the value "History" is ready, double click on it to change its value data from 0 to 1. Click OK. Immediately, the "Clear History" button in Internet Explorer should be disabled (it turns gray). If Internet Explorer is already open, you might need to restart it to see the changes.

If you’d like to disable the whole General tab (in Internet Options) which contains other functions such as deleting cookies and temporary internet files, follow the same previous steps. The only different thing is that you’ll need to modify/create the value called "GeneralTabâ€instead of "Historyâ€.
