I tried to update to iTunes6 that included QuickTime 7.03. When the installation is done a window opens saying an error occurred and QuickTime hasn't been installed. Even though iTunes6 icon shows on the Desktop as it was installed when trying to open another window opens saying that a QuickTime 7.03 is needed and that I have QuickTime 7.01. I have tried to install it closing all other programs (McAffe anti virus, Spyware Doctor, etc) and is the same. I have tried to download about 5 different times from iTunes and QuickTime, but QuickTime will send me to the same iTunes6 download site. I have sent about 3 or 4 e-mail to Quicktime and iTunes contact but they don't answer or help. Right now I have no iTunes because I deleted my iTunes5 and they don't have download available to re-download it. Any one have the same problem or can I do to get iTunes back? I appreciate any help!

Try downloading and installing Quicktime 7.0.3 by itself and see if that helps. Get it here .

    Unabled to install iTunes 6

Thank you for replying. I tried but it was the same. And the most unfortunate it is that I have sent about 5 e-mails to iTunes and it seems that they don't care. Maybe all they want it is that you buy the Quick Time professional. Thanks again. :)
