Where is the Taskbar?

    Help!!!! its probably something very simple but my toolbar has gone!!!
    Its not just off the csreen . Ive restarted refreshed gone to all the edges moved the screen about with the monitor controls. NO IDEA help !!!!

    Assume you mean the Taskbar. You may have inadvertently hidden it by dragging it right to the bottom of the screen.

    When you move your mouse to the base of the screen does the cursor change to a vertical line with an arrowhead at each end? If so hold down the left mouse button and drag the taskbar back up. If this succeeds in restoring the taskbar right click on a blank area of it and select 'Lock the Taskbar'.

    No already tried the cursor stays as an arrow. Also when I press the start key on the keyboard nothing happens.
