viewing problems in outlook

    Outlook 2002 on a Windows XP pro sp 2. When the one users opens an email and scrolls, instead of scrolling the email will show up multiple time across the screen. It overlays on itself. You can't forward it or reply. Out of 600 users, only one users does this. We have scanned for virus's, done all the updates, XP and Office.

    Has anyone ever seem this before?

    Might try updating the video card drivers.

    If the pc has less than 512megs of mem, might consider upping that as well.

    We have done that. Funny thing, it only happens in outlook.

    I should also add, we have 22 desktops with the same image. Only this one is causing problems.
