[laptop] keyboard problem [at logon]

    when i log in to windows at the startup page, i am unable to just enter the
    password by typing on the keyboard normally. I need to hold each key for
    about 2 seconds before the letter will appear. This problem does not exist
    when i have already logged in to windows and it will only occur during the
    startup page. Anyone knows how i can disable this? thanks.

    its possible that if you have a wireless keyboard that the drivers arent correctly loaded before windows fully boots up....
