i need simple instructions to put emails on CD

I need to back up emails on monzilla thunderbird to a CD.
I'd appreciate simple instructions. thanks

To copy your Profiles to CD, just open your burner program and copy the Profiles folder to the CD. That's all there is to it.

Your Profiles folder is located here in Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles

and here in Windows 98SE:
C:\Windows\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles
