Virtumonde-spyware/ virus removal help

my computer came up to be infected with VIRTUMONDE(Panda software) --says its not that harmful or TROJ_CRYPT.U (trend micro)- which says its a high security issue. Symmantec missed it (had preinstalled NIS limited version). I scanned my computer with Spybot search and destroy, lavasoft adware, nothing came up. The only problem is that it can be removed by antiviruses. Is there a manual way of doing this. Im a newbie at Windows XP. So i dont want to mess up my computer which i just bought a few months ago. Is there any step by step tutorials on who to removed this? I need your help. I come here because i find it more uselful than other sites. I don't wanna mess up this computer. Any suggestions are appreciated.
