Windows XP picture and fax viewer

    Quick time has taken over as my default for all my pictures. How do I change it back to Windows XP picture and fax viewer??? :confused:

    crmccruiser--Right click on any file of the image file type for which you want to change association|click Open With|click Choose Program. Highlight Windows Picture and Fax Viewer as the program you want to use to Open With. Check the box at the bottom of the window "Always use this program... "|OK|OK.
    You will have to do this separately for each file type (.jpg, .bmp, etc.).

    or...Open quiktime and set the file association via its options/preferences.

    TonyT--Will that set the associations back to Windows Picture and Fax Viewer?

    I believe image files will auto be assumed by windows.
