cant reset ie6 tool settings

ive tried to reset ie6 tool settings ,ive tried in administrator account ,ive reinstalled ie6 ,ive set the tools then rebooted before using ie6, it says it is set the way i want it to be in tool options ,then when i connect to internet it resets back to the way it was before ,ive run spybot,adaware,avg antivirus
