I just reinstalled Windows XP and did the L O N G SP2 download and update. Is it possible to download SP2 (or find it on my computer) and burn it onto a CD so if I have to do this again I don't have to wait to download it? Will it be an .exe file that I can just click and run after reinstalling Windows? Thanks.

Take a look in C:\Windows\Service Pack Files - you should find an i386 folder of ~474 Mb - that should be SP2. Burn it to CD and when required double click on Setup.exe.

Alternatively you can download the full SP2 from here - WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU.exe

This will include stuff you do not need, but likewise it will not be installed if not needed :) Windows Update only downloads what your PC needs.

The easiest process is using AutoStreamer, which does all the work for you.
